Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available upon request, subject to a $5 processing fee.

  • Refunds cannot be processed on Sundays, as meals are already packaged and en route.

  • The deadline to request a refund is Saturday.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Meal Issues & Refund Eligibility

Magnolia Prep takes great care in accurately labeling ingredients and preparing meals. However:

  • Refunds will not be issued for meals discarded due to assumptions, misunderstandings, or personal interpretation of ingredients, including but not limited to mistaking one protein for another.

  • Refunds will not be provided if the issue was not caused by Magnolia Prep, such as customer error, misinterpretation of ingredients, or failure to review ingredient information prior to consumption.

  • Dietary restrictions and allergies are the customer’s responsibility. While we strive for accuracy, Magnolia Prep is not responsible for refunds if a meal is discarded without verification of an actual preparation error.

  • Refunds may be considered only if Magnolia Prep confirms a preparation or labeling error on our part.

We encourage customers to contact us before discarding a meal if there is any concern, so we can review the issue and assist appropriately.
